All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
The product is not damaged by misuse

Items damaged after delivery
Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
🔁 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Our team will guide you through the return process
Once approved, you may be asked to ship the item back or arrange pickup (if available)
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
🚚 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
